03 / CNC machining
Computer numerical control guides tools through defined instructions: cutting, drilling and milling follow the project dimensions. The profile is held in place during machining, producing consistent geometry even when the same operation is repeated.
Accurate machining helps components fit together and windows close smoothly. Alongside seals, hardware and correct installation, it contributes to air and water tightness and long-term durability. Our people set up each job, inspect the components and take care of the final result.
On our machining centers, aluminum is milled and drilled with the same care we give to vinyl. The material and the tools change, the standard does not: every profile comes out ready for clean assembly and a perfect seal.
