Data we process

Data sent through the contact form: first name, last name, email, phone, company (optional) and the content of your message.

Browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date and time of the request, collected by the systems that run the website.

Purposes and legal bases

Answering your requests and preparing quotes — pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Protecting the website from spam and abuse — our legitimate interest in security (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Complying with legal obligations — tax, accounting or authority requests (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

Providing your data

The required form fields are needed to get back to you: without them we cannot answer your request.

Who receives the data

Data is processed by authorised Paolucci SRL staff and by providers acting as data processors:

Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and Turnstile anti-spam verification.

Resend — delivery of the emails generated by the contact form.

jsDelivr — delivery of the library that formats the phone field of the form.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Transfers outside the EU

Some providers may process data in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Retention

Contact requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless they lead to a contract: in that case the statutory terms apply (10 years for tax documents).

Cookies

The website only uses technical cookies required for it to work, such as remembering your chosen language (lang_pref). We do not use profiling cookies or third-party analytics or marketing tools, so no consent is required.

Your rights
